Me too Just_keep_swimming. I also wish I had more hope. So far, the waitlist has only moved by one person.

When I talked to them yesterday, they told me they were waiting until the 24th we expect to hear something sometime next week.

It can happen all the way into the early fall, but as early as May. Good luck to you too!

YoungIdealist if you're open to giving advice, I'd love to pick your brain as well!

From what I understand about PLU, it's because all the clinicals are at the tail end, that extra third year. So it's longer, but maybe not so hectic? Idk... I think Id rather do the clinicals alongside the lecture classes that accompany them. i think it makes more sense!

Hey All- So I'm on the waitlist at the University of Washington for the Fall 2014, reaching out to anybody else who is or ever has been waitlisted, just wondering about the process? How are you feeling/ did you feel about being waitlisted? Did you stay on the list/ are you planning on staying on the list? Were you picked up in the past? I figure this way, we can also keep each other updated on the progress of the movement of the list if there is any. I personally, was going to take my name off the waitlist. I figured it was better to let it go and move forward, being that I don't think I have much chance of getting picked up from my position on the list, but my family convinced me to just wait and see what happens. So here I am, sending prayers up!

I was waitlisted #8 for UW. I just don't believe 8 people who got accepted are not going, so I've decided to end it and focus on my kids. This has cost my family so much, and I hate being a failure and disappointing them. Good luck to the rest of you!
