  1. Thanks for the info! I am a little confused with these "accreditation" stuff. ITT currently has it's initial accreditation from The Nursing Board of Texas. However, it's not CCNE accredited yet. What is the difference? I am assuming one is in the state and the other is national. Also, ITT prepares and allows you to sit for NCLEX. I've called several different hospitals about future employment and they said that as long as the program is accredited, they will hire you if they feel you have the qualifications. With that said, since ITT is accredited through the Texas Board of Nursing, isn't that okay? Thanks for your help!
  2. Hello! I was thinking of enrolling into ITT's nursing program this Fall (2014). I am curious to know how the program is (as far as those who have attended that program) and if they were able to find a job after graduation. Also, what was your HESI A2 score that allowed you to get in? I know I've read NUMEROUS of reviews on this forum about how bad ITT is, how they're not accredited, how their credits doesn't transfer over to other universities if you want to continue towards a BSN or a MSN, etc, etc. I've personally checked with several local RN - BSN programs around the Dallas areas and all of them said they will take me in for their RN-BSN program if I attain my RN from ITT. My situation is different though as I do have all my general credits done at a higher accredited university. I just need my RN license from ITT. Please let me know if you guys have any inputs or advices to help me out. I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks! PS: How did you guys study for the HESI A2 exam? What tools did you guys used? I'm only being tested on Math and English (vocabs, grammar, and reading comp). Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
