Thanks for all who replied. Just found out the format of this exam. I'm writing one on March 13th. Wish me luck. Academic Aptitude - 40 minutes; 75 questions Spelling - 15 minutes; 45 questions Reading Comprehension - 35 minutes; 35 questions Information in the Natural Sciences - 25 minutes; 60 questions Vocational Adjustment Index - 15 minutes; 90 questions I think the biggest challenge would be time management. You have to be fast!!!

Those "study notes" are a joke. No Math section. No explanations. Just a collection of science facts (with many mistakes). I'd not recommend anyone buying notes from that site. You can find those online for free. Here is an example: cthreadgill | Quizlet Don't waste money on hoae-test.com.

Hi there, I was wondering if someone can confirm the format of the HOAE exam. I'm applying to Practical Nursing program at Sheridan and was wondering what is the exam format. From what I've been able to find (google), it is: Academic Aptitude - 75 (Verbal 25, Math 25, Non-Verbal 25?) Spelling - 45 Reading Comprehension - 35 Information in Natural Sciences - 60 Vocational Adjustment Index- 90 I'm not sure if the number of questions in each section is correct and if the "Non-Verbal" section is still on this exam. Please someone with a more recent experience post what the format of the HOAE exam was. Thanks, Natalie

Also, what is in the Academic Aptitude section? Math, Vocabulary only? or there is a non-verbal section as well?
