  1. Hi everyone My name is Chris, I currently live in Sacramento, CA but moving to Dallas TX in the next few weeks. I'm 26 years old and have been thinking of going back to school, and I've concluded that RN is the career for me. I love helping people, and to know that I will contribute to help save lives really makes me want to do this, the monetary compensation is secondary for me. My concern is that I need to work full time to help support my family, and to pay for my education. My concern is that I have not found any RN programs that offer night/weekend classes. Since I have to pay cash for my education, I can't afford those private expensive universities, and would need to attend a junior college. I was hoping you guys can help shine some light on how I can go about finding a school and get started. I currently have my High School diploma, but I'm highly motivated and dedicated to sacrificing myself for the next 3-4 years in order to achieve this goal. Thanks guys :)
