    Anyone here who has studied in Puerto Rico, and then tried to get their RN endorsement in Virginia. I am having a hard time. The Va. Board of Nursing is telling me that I must go through CGFNS.org and pay 390.00 for this agency to certify my school's competency. I thought that was what the NCBSN does. My school was approved for NCLEX. I do not understand why they are having to go and investigate my school. I speak English. I was born and raised in Virginia. Just happened to go to InterAmerican University there. If anyone knows a way around this, especially if I have passed the NCLEX, then please let me know.
