You know my parents are permanent resident in CA since last year, they need me badly (emotionally and financially)... that is why i am searching for quick way to be able to work legally here... Help Needed... I am an international RN with a BSN + 3 years exp critical care. I passed the NCLEX for CA Board today and i am currently in the states on visitor visa. What should i do to get H1B? HOw can i find sponsor? DO i need to do visa screen on CGFNS website? Can i go back to my home country and continue the process from there i found myself squeezed by the time?
