    Looking for some insight/advice. I am a Registered Nurse who began my nursing career with my LVN in 2015. I have worked clinics, skilled nursing facilities, pyschiatry, cardiac progressive care and within the two years Resource Pool. I am interested in advancing into leadership but having a hard time advancing into a leadership role. Most units hire there own staff or who they already know. I have tried applying for leadership positions at outside hospitals but automatically get denied. I am half way through my MSN in nursing administration and getting discouraged now. Any advice.
