hello JustBeachyNurse, I took my English language competency in Florida do I need to take again in WA State?

hi there!!! thank u for ur comment. actually im a foreign graduate nurse and im immigrated and resident in seattle yah ur right its a WA State BON not seattle. I apply NCLEX licensing exam in florida and want to endorse in WA State BON . But my concern is my husband called the WA state BON and ask about endorsement and the WA State BON said I must have a experience from florida before apply for endorsement to WA State. which is so strange to me and I feel so bad and it really make me confuse because WA state endorsement requirements nothing was written that experience is included. I don't really know! felt like frustrating.

I 'm a NEW-RN in Florida but I want to endorse my license in Washington state. I hope there's somebody tried with same situation and success with there endorsement. I heard a lot about Washington state / Seattle they are so strict about licensing. I hope I can get answer from u guys thank u.
