  1. I am a new RN in rehab center working night shift. I witnessed so many aids who don't do their job properly specially at night. If you tell them to care resident they act rude and disrespectful. I even gave written notice for two aids no action on them.It is so confusing DON says you need to first give them verbal warning then can write up.

I am in a Citizen of USA and current resident of Texas state and just passed my NCLEX RN ,I am sorry for not providing enough information about me and I am having a Associate degree in nursing but I am a foreign medical graduate from India Due to Family issues could not prepare for USMLE chose to do ADN from Excelsior College as they allowed foreign medical graduate to do associate degree in nursing.   6. I 100% agree with you . I passed my NCLEX RN on 16th October first time I used the same resources as you.One thing I want to add is that please don't care about your scores on Kaplan qs or anywhere else read carefully the rationals and make notes they are very useful to review in last days. Yes this exam is very stressful so eat a good breakfast and take some healthy snack with you.I wish everyone good luck.
  7. smrsir It depends upon you what are your responsibilities as I am a mother of two kids one school going and one is 3 yrs old and husband who works from home .It really depends upon you how you adjust everything else according to your studies when I started my 3yr old was 5 months and it took me 2 and half yrs to finish .My back ground is I am a MD from foreign medical school .CPNE is doable if you follow EC guide lines and you will do fine .I do not had any experience here in US .I hope it helps .

  10. I got a cancellation for 3 weeks and I live in DFW so I drove to Lubbock and I stayed in Baymont Inn recommended by EC.Hospital is big everyone was friendly .
  11. I am taking sociology thru U Excel . The Cost is same as CLEP $90.plus $10 for practice exams. I was asking about english composition Community college wants me to take prereq for this class as English is my second language .What you studied for CLEP Socilogy .I have the college network notes and book recommended by EC

  14. Hi , I passed my CPNE in Lubbock .I wish everyone good luck who is studying for it .My advice is to make a daily habbit to write grid,practice sim. labs and keep calm and stay focused. Thanks Texasasn
