  7. Hi everyone, I recently found out I had to begin a declaratory order. I graduated December 2013 and was waiting for my ATT, when I contacted BON they informed me my background check had not been completed? Well ends up when I did my prelimanary background in 2011 they entered my ss# wrong fast forward to 2013 entering in my ss# to register for the JP exam. They find the mixup, and a ticket for DWLI (driving while license invalid) popped up. I had a minor traffic ticket that ended up turing into a warrant because I was irresponsible and did not pay it which lead to the DWLI. I was arrested cleared and never charged in 2005. In my mind, I had only received Class C traffic violations (my stupid mistake). The ticket I was picked up for was so minor I do not even wish to disclose it. Either way, this would have happened, but it would have been nice to find out about it in 2011. I ask that you stay positive and not judge me. I am already punishing myself enough. My questions are..... How long did your enforcement process take? Does not paying the $150 fee mean the process could take less time? How did you study while waiting? How do you deal with the anxiety of waiting EVERY DAY?
