The "trick" is most reliable after 24 hours. If you do it before then you can get a false fail pop up, meaning it will let you pay for another exam because it still hasn't gone through the full scoring system. There are two systems it runs through and after 24 hours if it lets you pay still it is likely you failed. However, people have tried too early and paid for another exam later to find out they actually passed and are out another $200. Check again after the 24!

Sounds like you did get the "bad" pop up. You can also go to the breeze website and if you're not already registered, then register and under "Manage Applications" there is a drop down box. It should either say "Application for Licensure" or if you failed it will give the application for "Retake". Hope that helps! Sorry.
