  1. Thanks for your comments :) so far I haven't had any luck even getting an interview. I keep hitting the 'must have two years experience' brick wall. I'm starting to wonder if dropping off my resume to HR in person would have any benefits?
  2. Hi there everyone! Here's a little info about my nursing problem. I graduated at the beginning of last year and have since worked in three hospital departments (one of them being A & E). I'm moving state this weekend to VIC and I've applied for multiple Division 1 RN positions. It appears that because I don't have an official grad year under my belt that no one will hire me. I'm not really sure where to go from here...I really want to work in acute care but it seems my experience is void. Any tips? I really want to continue nursing but at this stage that won't be happening. Thanks in advance :)
