  2. Hello all, I have been an LPN for 5 years, with vast med/surg/tele experience at my hometown hospital in Syracuse NY. All of our programs there were jam packed, so I chose Excelsior. I had to move to WA about a year ago, and have since graduated. I cannot find ANYONE to help me with the 200 hour requirement in order to sit for my boards, my place of employment is unable to help. The DOH is also quite particular about who you can do it with and where....I'm tired of being an LPN when I should be an RN. I've worked so hard for this, and am a great nurse with a lot of very good hospital experience. This is the worst. I really don't want to move back to NY to work for 1,000 hours. Any advice or thoughts would be great! Thanks guys
