  1. Travel nursing exper.

    I have some questions, I'm researching travel nursing agency work experience expectations. I'm returning this Summer to complete my RN and gain med surg. experience. I'm an LPN w/ 3 yrs experience mostly in LTC/Rehab. I am a good, conscientious, hardworking nurse. I have heard that the agencies/hospitals expect you to hit the ground running. I'm not the fastest learner nor the slowest, I'm in the middle. I enjoy new challenges, don't like the same old routine. I enjoy a fast pace up to a point that I can manage. Please advise me on what to expect, in terms of employer expectations, pt. to nurse rations's, work loads etc. Thank You!
