    Anyone know why home health agencies in NY State need my auto. Insurance info. if I'm not driving a client in my car? Or is my employer pulling something?

    Hi All I'm an LPN in NY State who works for a home healthcare agency. In 2014 I worked 41.5 hr per week without receiving any overtime pay (It adds up over a year). They tell me LPN's are not entitled for overtime pay. Does anyone know if this is legal? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Millriders2
