  1. Congrats on graduating! :-) thanks so much for you advice and encouraging words. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time.
  2. Hi, bsn2npwannab are you in the program at wssu? I'll be coming in this fall.
  3. You set up your own clinicals, you just have to sign a contract with the facility once you find a preceptor. Clinicals are 192 hours per semester. So about 12hrs weekly, that could be done one day a week.........it's gonna be a very busy next year and a half for me.
  4. Hi oncnursprac.................im with you this semester. Do you have any idea when orientation will be?
  5. Hi I've been accepted into the FNP program at WSSU starting this Fall. What are some things you know now that you wish you had known when you started last fall?
  6. TrophyWife clinical are like 150+ hours a semester once you start which is in the second semester if I'm not mistaken, anyway it average out to be about 12hrs per week over the course of the semester. You set up your own clinicals! i live about 2.5 hrs away, but I do plan to commute and pick up a weekend option job, whatever it takes to get it over with! Praying I get in!
  7. Trophywife fulltime is 2 days a week, and partime is 1 day a week. Plus clinical hours, whatever they may be.
  8. Hi PatMac10 im a current RN-BSN student at WSSU as well. I too am interested in applying to the FNP program this fall. Have you submitted your application documents yet? Are they willing to consider us although we technically haven't completed the BSN yet?
