Hi, I'm in my secong semester of nursing school and I have some questions about care plans. Those who work as nurses, who writes the original care plan? Is it the nurse who first admits the client to the floor? After it is written, do you on a daily basis check the care plan (each shift) and continue to update what is changing? Thank you for your feedback.
Hello, I am currently an ADN student and currently paying for school with loans. I would like to be an Officer in the Navy and I have a few questions. Am I eligible to recieve the BDCP for my BSN when I will also have loan debt from my ADN degree? Do I have to pay off all of my loans before I can enter the Navy or will they halp me pay them off? Any input would be appreciated, thanks.
to those who have earned a masters degree: how did you study the material? What has worked for you and could you please breifly describe how you became a NP. Thank you.
Hello After working as a CNA in a long term care center I have found myself disliking the type of care I have to give. The job is too physical and I find myself questioning wether or not I should really become an RN. I never liked science in school and I originally wanted to become a sociologist. I don't know what to do? Is there any one who has similarily disliked working as a CNA, but does enjoy nursing? Thanks
