That's so strange. They require the TEAS for all new applicants, but I turned mine in last spring when it wasn't a requirement with the application. I am calling tomorrow morning, I hope this is a mistake from their part. I really want to get in since I live just a few blocks from the school. Congrats to you!

Congrats!!! Did you take your TEAS exam? My status still shows as "pending." I will call the office tomorrow to find out why, it's my third time on the lottery and I'm anxious to find out.

Hello all! I am recently applying for the RN program in Fresno City College, but I know that their students are selected based on a lottery system. I don't want to wait too long to get in a nursing program, so I started doing some research. There's an RN program available at Merced College and I've read a couple of bad reviews, but their NCLEX passing rates are good. College of the Sequoias also has an RN program, which has good NCLEX passing rates; Fresno City college has a lower rate on their NCLEX rate, but it's the closest to me. I am willing to make the drive to attend school, but I want to know if anyone has attend either of these schools for the RN program and their thought about the program would be very much appreciated!! :)
