  2. I plan on applying to the University of Texas at Austin Alternate Entry MSN program. For anyone who has applied before, is in the program, or has successfully completed the program - this question is for you! I have no previous work experience in healthcare. I will have plenty of volunteer experience and am confident in my GPA, GRE, references, etc. However, since I'm lacing experience, would it be wise for me to complete a CNA program so I can add that knowledge to my resume? Or is it a waste of time and money, since it's not required in order to apply? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
