  1. Hello everyone! I just started this semester at Northampton Community College. So far so good, I just registered for my classes yesterday so I'm looking to start pretty soon. Before I fly through my classes ( time flies when you're having fun, haha! D: ) I wanted to ask any current nursing students if I should try to go for the LPN program before the RN? My main goal was to go for an associate's degree in RN, but the last thing I heard, 700 applicants were waiting for the 65-70 slots for the nursing program. That seems like such a hard fish to catch! I'm wondering if I should remain hopeful, earn straight A's in all pre-reqs, and still continue pursuing for my ADN in RN? What is everyone's perspective? Thanks for your input, you guys! :)
