Thank you soo much for responding!!! :) I don't want to be blacklisted.... However I wouldn't be taking from the agency. The pt's child has offered me days.... the agency only does nights for this pt. I can't lie... I have fallen in love with my dear pt and family... I'm just confused to be honest

I've made the decision to quit my part-time job doing HH because my DON is a complete lie. And has constantly messes up the schedule and instead of owning her mistakes feels its professional to point the finger. The owner of the company is aware of the problem and is in the process of starting disciplinary action however I don't need the extra drama. Therefore I've decided to move on..... Well today I get a phone call from my patients child at my full-time job!!! Asking me to come work for them privately!! I haven't even discuss this situation with them. However they must of felt it coming!! The patients children are begging me not to leave their mom. I don't know what to do... Opinions please.....
