Removal of the Nursing council licensure exam in Trinidad and Tobago
Hi all, The health minister in Trinidad and Tobago has brought a bill in parliament for debate with regards to the removing of the nursing council registration examination to fill the shortage of nursing in the country. He claims that as long as one is enrolled in an accredited school of nursing, there is no need to write a registration exam to be employed as a nurse. Additionally, he claims that there is no purpose for a licensure exams as other professionals are not required to write such as exam. Any advise please....
