I was accepted in the DNP program and orientation is 7/8-7/10

Good luck to everyone! As I posted before, I received an early decision back in mid February. I've just completed all the immunization/physical requirements and turned all that stuff in. At this point all financial aid has been posted to my account and I'm just waiting on orientation. I was accepted into the DNP program. The process for the MSN may be different.

Thankfully I work at a hospital, so I have days off during the week. I have just about everything done, only thing let is my physical and labs, which I'll be doing Thursday! I so excited about orientation!

I was accepted and I've received everything through email.

Rasmussen isn't on our approved school list at Florida Hospital Tampa (Wesley Chapel has different standards). The Clinical Education Department keeps a list on our website of approved schools. I'll be more than happy to provide that list to anyone who would like it. BE CAREFUL which school you choose to attend.

I can't wait to meet everyone!! Im lraving for the Bahamas on August 16th. I now have something to truly celebrate! My husband and I are going to have a blast right before I have to crack down focus on school.

I bought two tops and two bottoms. The handbook is on the school's website on the RN prgroam page

I purchased my scrub bottoms from somewhere else. The nursing handbook didn't say they had to be purchased from the school.

Yep! I ordered them online from the school's bookstore. My husband bought my scrub pants from a sceub scrub shop near our home in Zephyrhills.

I've ordered my scrub tops and patches! They came in the mail today!! I was so excited to see my Student RN patches!!!

Please do not go to Jersey College. They do not have the appropriate accreditation to work in any of the major hospitals. I work for Florida Hospital Tampa, and they absolutly do not hire students from Jersey College, Rasmussen, Keiser, or any similar school

I found out today that orientation will be held on August 3rd. I am so excited!!

There are 3 campuses Porter, New Port Richey (West), and Dade City (East). I will be declining the offer for the West Campus, so that opens another seat.
