Hi everyone. I was just wondering, is it complicated to apply RN license by endorsement in the state of washington? And what state will be likely to approved in WA license by endorsement? I graduated in a foreign country and required to take toefl. I did took the test but did not met the requirements I get nervous when doing the speaking section so now i'm looking for other options. Planning to apply for nclex from other state and endorse it here in washington state. But I am not sure where state would be the best. Please help. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I really need help. I got my BSN in the Philippines and wasn't able to take the nursing licensure exam there because we have to go here in US a week after my graduation. I am currently here in WA state and planning to take NCLEX. Are they going to allow me to take the NCLEX though I dont have a license in the Philippines? I know most of the board of nursing require it. Pls help. I will really appreciate it.
