  1. Does anyone know the average time between patient care and subpoena? We are looking for information to tell our staff explaining the importance of charting to jog one's memory at time of deposition.
  2. OH MY GOSH, you guys are bringing tears to my eyes. I am an ICU nurse who wants to transfer to NICU, I don't exactly know why, but I have always wanted to do this, but after reading this I can feel the love you all have for your job and I want to feel that. I have been doing ICU for 7 years now and have never worked in a facility with a NICU, but am moving to a new city in July and have now applied for a job in the NICU. Good Luck to you, I hope this has brought you as much insight as it has brought me.
  3. I have been an ICU nurse for 7 years and have always had an interest in NICU. I was wondering if any of you had experience with people like me, wanting to transfer into NICU after working with the world of adults for so long. I have applied for a transfer to the NICU and want to make sure I am making the right decision. Thanks.
