   I worked for Maxim in NY many years ago and they were wonderful. In MD. and Fla. HORRIBLE everything quoted in this thread is absolutely true. They have been cited for fraud and embezzlement as well. They are masters of bait and switch.

   Read all the reviews, I'm there with some of you, 38 years of nursing, many specialties, but now with minor disabilities and age it is hard getting back on my feet. No one or nothing to lean on; but not giving up. Unless unique, hold the suggestion...
