We use a program called MedRight at my facility. Couple of cool things about MedRight: 1. Not web based, so if the internet goes down (which it does frequently) I can still pass my meds. When the internet is back up I sync my med pass and get any new orders from pharmacy. 2.Twenty-four hour 365 day support. I've had to call MedRight support at 1 in the morning on a Sunday. I obviously woke the person up but they helped me with my problem and were very nice. I dunno if I could be if I was in her shoes. 3. The interface is ridiculously user friendly. I have a couple of co-workers who have never owned a cell phone, but have learned to use MedRight in a month. Anyway just my two cents. I've seen some other programs out there PCC, Almsa etc. Nothing comes close to MR in my opinion.
