Any one else excited/nervous for the orientation on Tuesday?

I emailed the lady linked in the email and she is the person to contact to fix the mistake. Not sure why it said NC13, but she said it was a system error and she will change me to the correct section. So if you are in the 2013 year, email her! this is what I sent: Hello, I mistakenly registered my Certified Profile for 2013 instead of 2014. Thank you in advance! this is what she replied with: Good evening, The error was within the system - not your fault. I will change you to the correct section NC 14. Best Regards, Kathy A. Hausman Ph.D., RN

I also have the problem on the certified background page of it saying 2013. I don't remember an option to pick otherwise. I emailed a certified background support person about it but they haven't responded.

I know I probably read the answer to this somewhere in the checklist but we don't register for classes until after the nursing orientation on July 22nd, correct? Or can we register before?

I am always interested in a study group! Lol. Wow, glad I had a little warning about how much the book bundle could be. I'm hoping to go on to George Mason's BSN program. Can't wait to meet everyone! :)

Hey everyone, I also applied to the Traditional Track and the wait is killing me! I turned my application in pretty early, too, so I feel like I've been waiting forever. Good luck to everyone! Anna

Hey, I am also applying to the Traditional track for Fall 2014. To clear up your question about courses, you can take the non nursing courses like pharmacology and medical terminology before being accepted into the program, you will not have to retake them once you are in the program(this is helpful to lighten your load since the nursing classes will be intense). However, if you do not finish those courses before starting the program you will have to take them in the semester indicated in the brochure. I know it's a bit confusing. Also, you really want to focus on your prerequisite classes and get a high GPA because it will improve your chances. As far as a counselor is concerned, at the Springfield campus I have talked to Bridgett. I'm not sure of her last name but she was helpful and answered my questions. Hope this helped. Good luck!! :)
