  1. Thanks so much for the advice! I appreciate it.
  2. That's a good sign. Everyone I have talked to that did that trick, passed. It is real. Congrats! Mine shut off at 75 as well I took a break at 74, came back and answered 1 question and it shut down. What a relief! I bet you feel great!
  3. Hello everyone, I am a new nurse and I am about to start working in CCU on Wednesday. I am looking for tips on a good assessment. I know how to do a head to toe....I am just wondering if anyone has any tips on the order...maybe some time saving tips? Also, I am wondering if anyone could share how they organize their shift? Do you make a sheet for every hour on your patients? How do you cluster your care? I know everyone finds their own routine...I am just looking for a little advice. Thanks in advance.
  4. Ok I will not spend the money. I agree with you, I know there will be many things I need to learn and study before then. Thanks so much.
  5. Thanks for the advice! I really appreciate it. I will wait and soak up knowledge while I'm at work. I am taking basic arrhythmia on Monday so I will be able to become familiar with rhythms. I will practice, practice, practice!

Hello, Has anyone ever taken their initial ACLS class (not recertification) that is offered through the American Heart Association online? I am curious because I am a new grad and I start working in CCU next week. My place of employment does not offer ACLS until June or something crazy like that....I am going to need this way before June. If anyone has taken ACLS online, please share your experience. Also, for anyone who doesn't know, you take the course and test on - line and then do your mega code check off with an instructor (My place of employment is where I would do my mega code). Some feedback on this would be helpful. Thanks!
