I still have not heard anything from Mira Costa although most of you have either received acceptance or denial letters by mail. This makes me nervous. I sent an email today. I will call in the morning. Hopefully I hear back soon.

I agree, I would also be happy to be accepted into either program. I count my points to be 76 as well but I am told its up to admission to accept the extra point in the "life experience" section,not sure how true that is, but the only way to know is to wait to hear back. Have you heard back from any of the colleges you've applied?

This is also my first applying to any nursing program. I try my best not to let my nervousness get the best of me. Have you received notification from any of the colleges? When I turned in my Mira Costa application the woman who I turned it in to said, to expect a letter in the mail by the end of March.

Hello everyone!! I am creating this thread to connect with others in the same boat as I. I recently applied to Mira Costa and Palomar College. My experience with Mira Costa was completely different from Palomar. The representative at Mira Costa opened my application in front of me. To make sure all was there😊. Im already so nervous and this is just day 1 of waiting for 2 months.
