I am worried that my past attendance at my former job will be frowned upon while interviewing for new jobs. I would like to mention it as a prior weakness due to prior circumstances, but follow up with that is not my work ethic and is not something I wish to make a habit of, ive given ample notice with call ins, etc. I just dont want my previous supervisor to be asked how my attendance was and have it be less than perfect and that I dont have a chance to explain myself. Any HR Or hiring managers have advice? Ty
