  1. I recently passed my LPN boards but am finding that it's impossible to find a job. I work at a hospital as a CNA and my certificate expires in August. I am planning on doing the LPN-RN program . I figured it would be best to just keep my current job so I can get tuition reimbursement and so I can have my foot in the door for when I graduate. My boss said as long as I have a current CNA certificate I am allowed to keep working there (cant work there with an LPN because they don't hire LPNs). I understand that you are responsible to the highest level of education. My question is, am I able to renew my CNA if I have an LPN? Does anybody have experience with this kind of situation? I live in AZ if that helps :)
