  1. Thanks for this straight answer. It must be really tough in US now. Yet the american dream still lives on for most of us. I just hope US can regain it's economic strength.
  2. Thank you for your suggestions. And sorry for my late reply. I actually read saunders for content, some youtube videos, kaplan strategy book, and answered kaplan question trainer and this other kaplan cd it really helped me a lot. I passed the NCLEX-RN on my first try. I appreciate your message it helped me. :)
  3. Thanks for your reply. This has been very useful to me. Sorry for my late reply. I took the nclex-rn feb 19 of this year, got my quick results after 48 hours and I passed. My license number was posted at NYBON website after some days or a week. Thank you for this message I appreciate this so much. :)
  4. Thanks for your reply. I will try to search some hospitals who might want to hire filipino nurses. Thanks again.
  5. Thank you this has been very informative. I need more experience to at least qualify with the number of years needed to get hired in US. It has been a very tough time for me here in the phils. I can't even get a tourist visa considering that I am a nurse and consuls must think that I will never go back to the phils. Even though honestly speaking I just want to visit some family members there. Oh well, tough luck my only hope is to get hired in the future.
  6. Thank you all for your replies. I hope that US can regain back it's good economy. Up until now the american dream lives on in my country.
  7. Hi I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and a USRN state of NY. Anyone of you have any idea as to where should I apply to work in US? Some hospitals or agency that could help me to work in US? Any potential employers that could petition me or help me get a working visa in the US? Please help me. Thanks
  8. Congrats to all! I am 100% sure PVT works, tried and tested! :)
  9. Pvt really works guys. Took my nclex-rn luckily for the first time last feb 19. Finished at 117, went home after a few hours. Walked and walked just to clear my mind coz I was sure I did not pass due to very hard questions. Went home tried the PVT, got the good pop up. But I was still not sure, so I waited for my quick results to be available. Paid the amount and it said I passed! So PVT really works. After a week or so my license number was posted at the NYBON website. I studied Saunders for content finished the whole book. Then Kaplan strategies, and various sample questions mostly CDROM from kaplan.
  10. PVT really works. I tried it after taking my NCLEX-RN. Then 2 days later got my quick results and I passed. So it works guys. You can try the trick to ease your anxiety. Good luck to future NCLEX takers.
  11. GUYS! I just want you to know that PVT really works! I got my quickresults today! and I PASSED! God is really good. GoodLuck to future takers! WE MADE IT, YOU CAN TOO! GOD BLESS US ALL!

  17. I thought you can get the quickresults after 48 hours. And you took it feb. 18 so supposed to be you can access it by feb 20 right?
  18. Yes it said delivery successful. I tried it again just now and same message the good pop-up I suppose. "Our records indicate that you... Please contact..." Yes there. I stillc an't sleep though. Lol but I definitely can eat now. Hehe
  19. Hi nurses I took my exam 02/19/2014. I stopped at 117 eating up about i guess more than 3 hours of my time. I know I am very slow. Aftwr the computer shut off there was this survey thibg or feedback thing and I was like w t f! I am now out of the game. I am sad and sort of sure that I didn't pass, I am so blacked out. Then after 2hours I decided to try the pearsonvue trick. I am always getting the good pop-up, since then I've tried it many times and same message appeared. Does that mean I passed? Is this thing pearsonvue trick accurate? Treat me as a patient now I need reassurance. Thank you fellow nurses.
  20. I am about to take my NCLEX-RN this February 2014 and I am really nervous. I am trying to answer sample questions and It's reallly hard for me to answer the questions. I graduated 2010 and I am a foreigner I studied and graduated abroad and even took the local board exams (like NCLEX but I guess easier, it's pen and paper exam). Going back I am trying to answer all these practice questions and after taking it my scores are really low 62% and other one was 52% what should I do? Do you have any tips for me on how I can improve my knowledge before the big day? What sort of studying techniques can you recommend me? and what review materials should I use? which topics should I focus on? Please help me fellow nurses. Thanks in advance.
