Hi everyone! My name is Sheba and I applied as well for Spring 2015. I just emailed someone there and she said that they are in the process of sending out notifications and we should receive an email within the next week.

I am having a charge nurse write my recommendation letter and he told me to draft one myself and show it to him. I have no idea what to write. Any ideas/advice? Thank you.

Is it true that the location you go to Nursing School will be the location you will likely find a job in? Is it hard to find a job that is not in the relative location of your nursing school? I ask because I am thinking of applying to a school in the greater Los Angeles area but I want to eventually work in the SF Bay Area.

Hi, I'm currently taking my pre reqs for Nursing school and was brainstorming ways to possibly make myself more competitive. Does Phlebotomy training help? I've always heard it's a good idea for a Pre Nursing student to become a phlebotomist first but never knew why. Anyone know some good pro's and con's? Thank you!
