Congrats! $1200-1800 will definitely be your price rage, but can be higher or lower depending on your amenities, lease term, and how many bedrooms you want. There are definitely more "cheaper" options in the Med Center than the places you listed. I can't comment too much on the metro but I know that this is definitely something you should look into if it will work out for you. Parking in the Med Center is crazy expensive & cutting out that expense could save you huge. Other places to look into if you have a car: Midtown, Montrose, The Heights. Never had a problem with floods. The only thing is sometimes the udergroud apartment garages can flood if we get an extreme amount of rain. Good luck!

@Kcasey91 Thank you for the reminder that I had that lady's email! I set her a email & she told me the exact same thing as you. Hopefully we will hear back about the unit/shift soon but probably not until after new year's. I hope we get a official email or call soon so I feel like getting the job is real!

I haven't heard back yet & my interview was exactly 2 weeks ago yesterday if that helps.
