My sister and I applied for the campus BSN spring 2016. I'll be taking Intro to nursing, pharmacology, and pathophysiology on campus this semester, and I'm taking a POLS class online. We are both excited about going to nursing school together. Who will be taking these classes at UTA campus? Good luck to those who applied AP/online and campus BSN!

Definitely take the chem class at DCCCD. I just took a chem class and made an A at DCCCD. I think with only a few classes left, I recommend to take pathophysiology, pharmacology, intro to nursing, and tech writing, and upper division elective(though this class is not required to apply) in fall '15 or spring '16 semester of course at UTA. You should go ahead and apply for the Spring 2016 nursing program after you take your HESI. Funny, I was in the same situation as you. I applied and wanted to go with DCCCD/Methodist nursing program, however, at the last minute I change my mind and decided that UTA is the best school to go into, plus my younger sister is going for the same thing so we both applied. It was an easy transition. No worries; just waiting on acceptance letter!

It is so hard to find a uni in uk because of the NHS funding. It really sucks. Do you know of any that accepts international students

Oh wow that's so unbelievable for a growing nursing program to decrease their numbers like that. Just imagine how many ppl applied to the program. And yes it is comforting to speak to someone about this. It helps to keep my mind and thoughts from thinking the worst. We must not give up hope :)

I am not sure of how many ppl were interviewed. I do know that letters are supposed to be mailed out the first week of December. And yes I felt a little bit more comfortable since I knew one of the interviewer. So how do you know that only ten are being accepted?

My interview went really well. I was nervous as well but I tried to stay calm and be myself. Plus I knew one of the interviewer. How about your interview? How was it?

Hey, I have been so busy with work that I don't seem to worry about waiting. However, I will probably feel different after my interview. Needless to say, good luck to all that applied to the spring 2014 school year. I am filled with joy every time it gets closer to my dream of becoming a nurse. And with the education I have received, I feel that this is the beginning of my new life. It is awesome!!! I'm sure every prospective nursing student feels the same way. BG

trevisam000, Hey I did get an interview and I have been so busy with work that I have not got a chance to calculate my points. I was notified on Nov 16th for the interview. I am super excited! How about you?
