Do you guys get called every day you have off to work extra? If so how do you handle it? I have worked extra, switched back and forth from day shift to night shift, but I am tired...and I hate to say no all the time, but I am tired of being called ev...

Most of mine are individual texts. I used to work a lot of OT...but the older I get the more I am just tired of it. I guess I am just going to have to start ignoring them.

Arkansas. I know of no RN without a job who wants one here. A lot of us have more than one job!

At this time none of the present employees are being let go if they don't have a BSN, just no new employees will be hired w/o one. Just see it as a trend.
