I got my acceptance email to OU-Tulsa last week. Woo! Jenrn2b88: regarding housing: My boyfriend is in the medical school at OU in OKC and he's living in a studio apt. at 429 NW 11th St. He says it's only about a mile from campus. I think the nursing school is on the same campus or very nearby it. The area is really neat - he's just across the street from a few popular OK restaurants in midtown (as well as St. Anthony hospital) and just adjacent to a very beautiful old neighborhood called Heritage Hills. It's within walking distance of Bricktown (a big nightlife area in OKC with lots of yummy restaurants). He pays about $700 a month (a little steep for me, but I think OKC is more expensive than Tulsa as far as housing goes). There are quite a few brand new (super nice) apartments going up next to his that are similar in price. I've seen lots of dogs around too, so they must accept pets.
