I emailed to see what they had for my GPA, but haven't heard back. I think it was 3.65 overall and I got an 86 on my TEAS. All A's in math/sciences except A&PII was a B. 3.8 in pre-req's. Who knows! I'm taking it as a sign.

Cumulative GPA as in all college courses you've ever taken? I have a bachelor's in marketing so I've taken a ton of unrelated courses. Wonder if that's part of what they look at?? Or just what's required for this degree??

Do you think they look at your overall GPA or just the major requirements GPA??

I applied for fall 2015 and got an 86 on my TEAS. Study the book they recommend and you should do fine.

It was my understanding that they look at your transcript from when you applied. That may be different if you're a current student at KSU as they have immediate access to your grades. What's your GPA? What's your TEAS score? I wouldn't worry so much about a couple B's. Read through past forums on here. It may boost your confidence to see the different scores and grades that got people accepted.

I'm trying not to stress out too much about it...even though this is the only school I applied to! If I did the math right, I have about 83 out of 90 points. Wonder if that's enough???

Through reading other forums on here, I've learned that KSU accepts people with varying TEAS scores and GPAs. It's all dependent on what they have to choose from, I guess. I think if one of the two numbers is pretty high, then you have a good shot. Good luck! Hope this helps!

Those are great TEAS scores and GPA's! I have the same worry, though. With a BA in marketing from KSU, I hope they don't consider my GPA from that degree as it's not that great. Good luck to everyone! Only a couple more months of waiting!!!

No need to send it to them if you took it there. You might want to email KSU's nursing advisors to ensure they received it, though!

@andiescandies you have to be accepted to KSU before applying to their nursing program. Call the ATI company and have them send your TEAS score to KSU. Great score, by the way!

3.23 isn't bad at all! If you do well on the TEAS, you should be fine.
