  1. I'm wondering is it better to work as a dialysis nurse than a bedside nurse? Been working as bedside nurse in intermediate care unit. I felt like I'm so stress from the unit. I'm working in Las Vegas, and there's opening in davita dialysis, I'm wondering is it better to have a department change? And how much is the starting salary since I don't have any experience as a dialysis nurse?
  2. exactly no nurse patient ratio, which reminds me the days when i used to work in eastcoast... thats what im thinking about... 3 hospitals to float is insane. now im confused whether to work as traveling nurse first or just apply as a regular full time worker. i need some advice
