  1. Thank you so much for your input. I have been offered a job at a rural hospital in the OB department and offered me a 9 month orientation. It makes me a little nervous since I will be doing night shift but know I will always have help around to help me be successful but still nerve-racking.
  2. I will be graduating in December and would like some feedback as to what you think is best for new grads... I have two questions for all of you who can reply: 1) Do you think its a good idea to start working in a rural hospital as a new grad? 2) Do you think 6 weeks of orientation is long enough for new grad? Thank you!
