They can give you the top 50 links about the forums and concerns of their "abandoned job on purpose". But again, that's not the issue. Most of the neglected nurses NOT talking about it. Instead, they're focusing on rebuking, or something like that, due to their concern that CA BVNPT make fun out of it at the expense of nurses. That's why their possible action to sue BVNPT is a very serious consideration because the licensing is something huge for our living. On the other hand, BVNPT''s officers must be guaranteed to get the same salaries either to finish 1 job or 100 jobs a day, right? What an opposite direction! But that's nothing new here.

Yes, CA BVNPT surely is the laziest gov't office and the most 'WILLFUL NEGLECTING' of their duties due to the abandoned and unfinished job scheduled, yet unnoticed. 99.9% of their job are late, as usual, but none of the unfinished job are told why they're late (such as renewal, all abt NCLEX Candidates, etc...) to the nurses. And it almost guaranteed that no phone calls shall be answered, for real! This is all because of their mantra that "we are a government institution and all the nurses must be coward of us-no matter what" Year after year and years are passing by like this... now it's sooner rather than later has been surpassing any human tolerance and limit. This laziness and "willful neglecting" raise a serious anger toward all the LVN/LPT. Keep in mind that when people get offended, they shouldn't believe anything BVNPT would said especially due to lack of fund...really? All the nurses pay too much for renewal or for NCLEX test, and they said lack of fund? Where the money corrupted to? This is too much and too arrogant. So I think the reps of CA nurses that will come to the BVNPT office is not a joke anymore. This will not come by either a mail or an email, but a group of reps which will come with a recording camera... asking BVNPT not to be so lazy...[that's their job, anyway, right?], and not to abandon any call. If someone ask stupid questions, however, so what? Isn't it nice if you are nice to us? Last, but not least, if any nurses waiting too long for something but BVNPT refused to tell to the nurses why they are too late....well, that's really extreme. Hopefully BVNPT may alert that all the abandoned nurses must do something. Another possible action (but this one not confirmed yet until january 2014) is what they called "a half movement". The Ca nurses demanding CA government by possible force to cut by at least half of the fees due to unnecessary expensive fees scheduled but at the same time enforcing BVNPT to stop being so lazy and finish the job by half time! No wonder more and more nurses felt offended now. Oh..boy...unbelievable. Who are the bosses of the CA BVNPT now? They charged too much fees but always said "lack of fund"? How could we believe that? If CA BVNPT too lazy to do something, it's not impossible that at least 500 licenced nurses will sue BVNPT and it be will posted in the website and numerous general networkings. Please double check if it is real or just a joke that many nurses will post all the pictures of the CA BVNPT's lazy staffs and bosses... not only to their social network....but also into the web.
