Hi tbmw, Hope I'm not too late but I highly recommend studying the practice questions because they are very helpful. The interview consisted of 5 questions: 1) Why do you think you are a good fit for the position 2) Explain a situation where you had difficulty with a clinical professional and what did you do 3) Tell about a time where you had to teach a software (or technology) to an adult learner 4) What are the steps you would take in gaining credibility with joining a new team I can't remember the last question. Stay calm and be yourself. Best of luck

Hi guys, I got a called today from HR about the epic tech for January cohort. She also sent me an online interview link called "hirevue." Does anyone know what it entails?? I don't want to start yet bc I feel super unprepared. I don't know what to expect, and really don't want to screw it up. Any help would greatly appreciated! thanks!

Hi TooProudToMention, I got an email from HR stating she will be calling this week for interviews. Interview dates are the first 2 weeks of December and program starts, I think, first week of feb. Oh yeah, prepare to write an essay on the spot either before or after the interview. What unit did you pick and are you applying from out-of-state? Good luck and please keep us updated. :)

Anyone know what the interview process is like at Harrison Medical Center? Do they still have the essay portion before the start of the interview and what questions to be expected particularly ED? I've been reading good and bad things about the management of the hospital, any insights would be helpful and appreciated. Good luck to all those in the running!
