I graduated a few weeks ago and still waiting for my ATT number to take the NCLEX-PN. I am wondering if I am doing enough to prepare. I am wondering if I have enough time to study for the NCLEX. I usually study M--F...2.5-3.5 hours per day (depending) and then on the weekends around 2 hours per day. I will do flashcards mostly on the weekends. The last few days I have been lagging due to helping a friend move and I am taking a one week vacation this Monday, but I have been reviewing these last few days just to not forget things. I am using ATI books that we got from our program, Saunders, Lippincott"s and Exam Cram Questions Only book(just got this yesterday). When I get back next Saturday, I plan on going back to my normal studying schedule. We took a predictor test and even though my predictor was 96%, that's not a guarantee in my eyes. Anything can happen...right? I plan on taking the test as soon as I get the number, but if I get it tomorrow will I be ready. Should I wait and take it after a few more weeks etc? Is this enough or should I study more per day? How long did others study too. Weeks, days, months? I am freaking out.

We already paid and sent in our applications, so I don't mind paying the extra fee. I am just thinking ahead because after a certain date I have to be out of my apt and I really can't stay anywhere else.

I just finished nursing school and am waiting to take my Nclex. I have been waiting weeks now and have to move back home to another state. Too long of a story. How do I transfer my info and is it a huge problem? Do I call my school or Pearson Vue? I would wait, but my school says another 5 weeks and financially I am already strapped and need to go back home. Anyone been in a similar situation? Any info would help.
