    I am a CNA ( refered to as LNA here in NH ) and as far as I am aware a phlebotomy job pays better but the job is harder to find. CNA jobs are much more accessible. Being certified in Phlebotomy always makes your resume look much more appealing. May I ask where you completed your Phlebotomy training? I am taking a course through American Red Cross but the program is only 20 hours long

    Were you certified after taking the Phlebotomy course?? American Red Cross here in NH only offers a 20 hour program.
