    Hi, I'm a new grad nurse, and I'm having a really difficult time with delegation. Whenever I try to delegate a task, I usually get an eye roll or glare from the CNAs. I have had CNAs say no to tasks multiple times and make rude comments. For example, I asked for help changing a 200+ lb immobile patient, and they said well it's 20 to 7 and so if this takes longer than 10 minutes, I'm gone. There are some wonderful CNAs at my job, but many of them spend the shift on their phone and taking long breaks while the nurses run ragged. Any advice is appreciated!!
