No thisis a vascular tech that has been there a long time > 20 years doing evals and supervising young RN's. Tech's title is Lead tech, not an upper level management position?

We havea situation where a long standing (20) year vascular tech has been evaluating RN's, and supervising them, I have to verify this is incorrect before I resolve it with the powers that be. PLEASE advise.

I would greatly appreciate any data to verify that RN's can only supervise and evaluate other RN's, any input will be helpful in resolving a long standing problem in our facility. Thanks!
