  1. Hi! I received the interview request on Wednesday! My interview will be next week as well. So nervous!
  2. The saying is that MDC is harder to get into, but easier to pass.. Broward is easier to get into but harder to pass. But broward's NCLEX passing rate is in the high 90s percentile which is higher then MDC's which is in the 80s percentile..
  3. Thanks for this info! Ima check it out this week!
  4. The uniform store is across the street from the parking lot of the medical campus. It's on the same side as the Wendy's. It's actually right next to it.. It may be just one or two stores in between the uniform store and Wendy's..
  5. hey!! you pick up your DCF and level 2 at the deans office in room 1355
  6. Hey everyone! I just turned in everything today for transitional full time face to face! Good luck to everyone! For those who didn't get in just keep trying. I didn't get into broward's program last year and I got rejected for MDC fall semester.. But my teas score at that time was 66% and my science gpa is 3.0.. I retook the teas and got a 78% and then got in for transitional spring.. After reading these posts it seems that the generic is a much more competitive option. So for those who didn't get into the generic and need a plan B, try getting your LPN or paramedic license and then try again in a year for the transitional program.. Just a thought or study hard for that new NLN test and then get an excellent score and then reapply.. Whatever you do, don't give up and end up going to one of those expensive private non accredited schools.. I almost did that when MDC rejected me for fall but something told me to wait. So again keep trying and good luck! (Sorry for the long speech lol)
  7. Thanks @amp331 I picked up both DCF And level 2 today even though I never got the email for DCF.. The lady at the desk said yea they usually don't send out emails for the DCF. Just waiting On my paperwork from my PCP and then hopefully I can't turn everything in Monday!
  8. Ok great thanks! I'll go in tomorrow then.
  9. Has anyone that did the DCF after the level two background check received an email saying that MDC has received the DCF background check? I got the email that says they received my level two but I haven't received an email saying that they recieved my DCF check yet. I did the level two on 10/23 and I went back to the DCF on 10/31..
  10. @lizipanther you can bring the documentation of the hep b vaccine.. Everything else you need titers for.. Also have the doctor fill out the hep b dates on the health forms ..
  11. Hey! I emailed Sophia reeves and she said that you register on the day of orientation.. Lol I was wondering and worrying about it too
