    I am a new nurse and recently got my first job in a rehab/long term care facility. While this is not the type of nursing I would like to do long term it is where I could get a job right out of school. I would like to increase my skill set to become a better candidate for a hospital job preferably in the ED, tele unit or critical care. I have been looking into taking ACLS and PALS that I will have to pay for out of pocket. I see some EKG interpretation courses available but I was wondering if a continuing education course on EKG would be sufficient? Are there any other courses that anyone would recommend to enhance my skills for a hospital setting job? Thanks, Gregg
