  1. Hi! Considering travel nursing as a psych rn. I want to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly. I'd like to be well informed before choosing, and who else to tell me than fellow nurses. Thanks!
  2. thanks all! I was wearing some SKechers work shoes, I bought a pair of Alegrias I am going to try Monday. I also got some knee high support hose. I hope I do get used to it!
  3. Hi all! I am new to posting to the site but have been here before. I just got my first RN job and had my first 12 hour shift, and my feet are killing me. I thought my regular shoes like I wore for clinicals would be ok but, definitely not. I am overweight, and I know that some shoes have too narrow soles that cause my feet to "roll" outward. People have told me about Alegrias, and I have looked at other streams about this subject. So, other than losing weight, which is in progress but not soon enough to save my feet, what can I do??
